Here's a delicious and classic Bundt Cake recipe for you to try! Enjoy this moist slice of cake with your favourite cup of coffee in the comfort of your home.
Ingredients & Equipment
185g all-purpose flour
225g yogurt
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
2.5tbsp Country Bean Vanilla coffee
2tbsp hot water
150g castor or regular sugar
110g butter
1tsp vanilla extract
5 walnuts crushed
2tbsp warm milk
Directions
In a bowl, add the yogurt and baking soda. Mix and let it sit for 5-10 minutes (until it’s foamy)
In another bowl add the sugar, (melted) butter and mix well. Further, add the vanilla extract and mix again.
Combine both the mixes and then add espresso (coffee mixed with warm)
Now add the flour, baking powder and then gently fold in the mixture. Add milk once done.
Add the walnuts and give it a final mix.
Transfer to the bundt cake mould and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
