A brownie a day keeps the frownies away!

We all love fudgy, gooey & chocolaty brownies. So what are you waiting for? Make a batch of these super easy and delicious brownies now!!

The addition of coffee to this recipe helps balance out the excessive sweetness and adds a new depth of flavor.

Ingredients

185g melted butter

185g melted dark chocolate

3 Eggs

40ml warm water

3tsp Country Bean Hazelnut Coffee

200gm sugar

2tbsp cocoa powder

85gm all purpose flour

1tbsp hazelnut powder

1.5tsp baking powder

Directions

In a bowl add melted butter and melted dark chocolate.

In a separate bowl, prepare an espresso by mixing warm water and Country Bean Hazelnut coffee.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together and then add the butter mixture and the espresso. Mix it well.

To the above mixture, sift in your cocoa powder, flour, hazelnut powder and baking powder.

Now fold your batter. Make sure to not whip your batter as this would knock out all the air.

Now, grease a brownie pan and transfer the mixture. Top it with some hazelnuts.

In a pre-heated oven, bake the brownie mix at 180°C for 25-30mins.

Once you take it out from the oven, let it cool for around 20-30 mins before cutting into it.

You could cut these brownies up in squares and store them in your fridge for 2-3 days.
