This home-made no bake coffee caramel pudding is sure to win the heart of all your loved ones. 

This recipe is super simple and requires only a few basic kitchen ingredients. The addition of cinnamon to this recipe adds an extra layer of warmth and feels like a warm hug when one takes a bite. 

Ingredients

1 cup sugar

2 tbsp water (for caramel syrup)

2 cups milk

1 tbsp Country Bean Hazelnut coffee

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

2 eggs

2 tbsp sugar (for whisking)

Directions

In a pan melt sugar and water for 7-10 mins on medium heat.

Once melted, pour immediately in a heat resistant serving bowl (small or medium size) ; coat the base and sides of the bowl evenly and then let it cool.

In another pan, add coffee, milk and bring it a boil.

In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together until sugar is melted completely.

Pour the coffee mix through a sieve in the whisked bowl and then mix well.

Transfer the pudding into the coated serving bowl through a sieve again and then cover the bowl with a lid or foil paper.

Pour some water in a deep vessel or pressure cooker, place a plate or stand and the bowls on top of the plate or stand. Cover the lid and let it cook for 20 mins in a medium flame.

Uncover and let it cool. Refrigerate it for 30 mins.

Once set, loosen the sides to demould.

Top with some coffee or cinnamon powder and enjoy!
