A Coffee Panna Cotta made with Country Bean Hazelnut Coffee is all you need to start Monday on a sweet note. Make this lip smacking Italian dessert with a touch of coffee. This delicious eggless custard-like pudding has a rich flavour and silky smooth texture that takes just minutes to prepare. 


2 tbsp hot water 

2 tbsp Country Bean Hazelnut Coffee 

1/4 cup hot water 

10 gm gelatin 

2 cups heavy cream 

1/2 cup castor sugar 


-In a glass add 2 tbsp hot water and coffee powder. Dissolve it well.

-Bloom gelatin with 1/4 cup hot water.

-In a saucepan add heavy cream and castor sugar. Bring it to a boil.

-Add the coffee mixture and bloomed gelatin. Bring to a boil.

-Set the panna cotta in desired mold and refrigerate it.
