Biscoff is the brand behind speculoos cookies, which are spiced, buttery, and almost impossible to resist. Finding its origin nearly a century ago in Belgian, with its unique taste this cookie has managed to win the hearts of people around the world.
“Coffee” + “Lotus Biscoff” surely make a perfect match, offering each other a complementary flavour profile and enhancing each other’s taste. So, we decided to create an easy latte that is just as tempting as the biscuit itself.
Ingredients & Equipment
1 cup of steaming hot milk
2-3 Lotus Biscuits
1 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread
1 tbsp Country Bean Vanilla coffee
3 tbsp hot water
Whipped cream (as per taste)
Lotus biscuit crumbs
Directions
- Pour steaming hot milk in Country Bean Milk Frother, plunge the milk for 10-15 seconds until frothy.
- In a cup, add crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuit, Lotus Biscoff spread, Country Bean Vanilla coffee, hot water and mix well.
- Now add the frothed milk, some whipped cream and top it with some lotus biscuit crumbs.
