Ingredients

-1/2 cup milk

-1 tsp vinegar

-2 cups all purpose flour

-1/2 cup sugar

-1/4 tsp baking soda

-1/2 tsp baking powder

-1 and 1/2 tsp Country Bean Caramel coffee

-Pinch of salt

-1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

-Vegetable oil

-1 tbsp curd/yogurt

-1 cup dark chocolate

-Hot water

Directions

For the Espresso Donut:

-In a bowl, add milk and vinegar and rest for 10 minutes.

-In a small bowl, mix hot water and coffee and keep it aside.

-In a large bowl, add all purpose flour, grinder sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder and mix well.

-Now add the milk and vinegar mix, Country Bean Caramel coffee, vegetable oil, curd and mix all of them to form a dough (it too wet - add more flour, if too dry - add little bit of milk) Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

-After 30 minutes, sprinkle some flour on the counter, roll the dough, cut it with the help of a cookie/donut cutter and fry both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.

-And it’s ready, let it cool and then pour the Espresso glaze.

For the Espresso Chocolate Glaze:

-In a bowl mix 1/2 cup of dark chocolate, 1 and 1/2 tsp of oil. Melt it in a double boiler or microwave for 30 seconds. Mix and keep aside.

-Add tsp of Espresso (made with Country Bean coffee and hot water) to it and mix well.

-Once it cools, dip the donuts on the chocolate mix from one side and then in the tray (to get rid of any excess)

-Top it with some sprinkles or hazelnuts/walnuts and enjoy!
