Pro Tips
For your ice cream latte, you can use any flavour of Country Bean's instant coffee that you like. We've used the Hazelnut coffee but you could try using the Caramel coffee or the Vanilla coffee.
If you don't have crunchy Hazelnut ice cream, you can replace it with chocolate or vanilla ice cream.
For the best results, make sure that you pour extremely chilled milk into the milk frother before you start frothing it. You can use any milk of your choice.
You can top off your ice cream latte with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or even drizzle some coffee spread or caramel sauce over it for an extra something.
If you want your ice cream latte to be a little crunchy, you can even add some toasted and crushed hazelnuts for some extra flavour.
