You can never say no to this Coffee Chocolate Martini! It's so rich, indulgent, decadent and creamy you’ll want to make this on repeat every morning or night.
Ingredients
1 tbsp Country Bean Hazelnut Coffee
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 glass milk
2 tbsp warm water
A scoop of vanilla ice cream
Baileys Irish Cream (as per taste)
Directions
Combine coffee powder, cocoa powder and sugar, Baileys Irish cream and warm water and whisk it well until it forms a smooth cream as that of Dalgona Coffee.
Add milk (room temperature) little by little to this cream and combine well, once it is done we should be able to get creamy coffee.
Chill this for some time and then pour into martini glasses and top it with a scoop of Vanilla ice cream and dust some cocoa powder on top of coffee.
Slurp and enjoy!
Pro Tips
You could totally skip the Baileys Irish Cream or replace it with another form of liquor as per your taste.
You could whip up the mixture using a hand whisk or an electric mixer.
To make it more decadent you could add in a scoop of chocolate ice cream.
You could make this same recipe with the other flavours of coffee as well.
