This no bake hazelnut coffee tart is the perfect dessert you can try at home today. Skip the hassle of prepping your oven and go no bake with this one of a kind coffee tart!
Ingredients
(For 6 servings)
For the tart -
1tbsp Hazelnut coffee
100g Rolled oats
50g Hazelnuts
100g Dates deseeded
1tsp coconut oil (optional)
For the filling -
150g Cream cheese/whipping cream
2tbsp Country Bean Hazelnut coffee
3tbsp Date syrup/Honey/Maple syrup/Jaggery
Directions
-Roast the rolled oats on low to medium heat until crisp and fragrant and keep aside.
-In the same pan roast the hazelnuts for about 2-3 minutes and keep aside.
-In a blender jar add the roasted oats, hazelnuts, dates, coffee, coconut oil and blitz until it forms a sticky dough.
-Remove in a plate and make 6 equal parts.
-In a cupcake baking tray line each cavity with the dough evenly and keep aside.
-Now beat the dates syrup and coffee with a hand whisk for about 5 minutes or until it turns light brown.
-Add the the cream cheese and mix the entire mixture well.
-Once done fill each prepared tart with the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate it for about 30 minutes to an hour.
-Remove from the cupcake tin and enjoy.
Note -
These coffee tarts are strong in flavour, so you could reduce the coffee quantity and increase the sweetener quantity according to taste.
