Whip up an iced Hazelnut latte for an instant pick me up. It's easy to make, and just what you need to cool off during the summers.
You can now make your favourite coffee shop drink at home. This Iced brown sugar hazelnut latte is just as delicious as the one you'd at your nearest coffee shop, but from the comfort of your own home. You can easily make adjustments to the sweetness, milk and caffeine content according to your own preferences to give yourself a morning boost or to wake up from the afternoon slump.
So just take a step back, relax and enjoy a homemade iced brown sugar shaken hazelnut latte.
Ingredients -
For your hazelnut espresso -
2 tsp of Country Bean Instant Hazelnut Coffee
1/2 cup of water
For your Iced Hazelnut latte -
1 shot of hazelnut espresso
Ice cubes (as many as you like)
Milk (of your choice)
Cinnamon powder (just a pinch)
2 tsp of Brown sugar syrup
Method -
- In a shaker, add your ice cubes and pour your hazelnut coffee over it
- Add your brown sugar syrup, and a dash of cinnamon
- Shake it thoroughly to mix the espresso and brown sugar syrup well
- Pour your shaken espresso into a tall glass and pour your frothy milk over it
- Give it a stir, and enjoy!
Pro Tips -
In order to save some time, go ahead and prepare your brown sugar syrup beforehand or you could use store bought brown sugar syrup as well.
You can use your choice of milk to make this iced latte recipe at home. For vegan options, you can try using oat milk or almond milk that you can easily make at home.
For a little extra something, you can add a splash of vanilla extract to your iced hazelnut latte as well.
To ensure that it's icy cold, add some more ice cubes to your glass before pouring your shaken hazelnut latte into it.
