Treat yourself to this hazelnut coffee spread mug cake that's rich, nutty, and hits all the sweet spots. Using only a few ingredients you're likely to have at home, just mix it in a mug and bake in the microwave!
It’s such a scrumptious spin on the classic, you have to try it!
Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp Country Bean Hazelnut Coffee Spread
Some chocolate chips
1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
Directions
In a microwave safe mug, add 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well
Now add, 1/2 cup milk, 3 tbsp vegetable oil and 2 tbsp of Country Bean Hazelnut Coffee Spread. Mix it well.
Top the batter with some chocolate chips and microwave it for 3 minutes.
Serve the hazelnut coffee mug cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle of Country Bean Hazelnut Coffee Spread and dig in!
