A mess-free recipe for the all-time favourite - Chocolate Gelato! A creamy and rich chocolate Italian dessert for all your cold dessert cravings. Try it now and we are sure you are gonna love it.
Ingredients
1 Milkmaid tin
1 heaped tbsp Country Bean original coffee
1 Dairy Milk chocolate (large)
1 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
Chocolate chunks
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 cup whipped cream
60ml rum (optional)
Directions
Cut the chocolate chunks into small pebbles.
In a saucepan, add the chocolate pebbles, Country Bean original coffee, cocoa powder and chunks of Dairy Milk chocolate bar. Whisk everything on a low flame.
Take it off the flame once it looks fudgy and pour it in an empty glass bowl. Now add cream cheese and whisk it till you get a smooth homogenous mix.
Add some lightly whipped cream to the mix. Carefully fold it in so that you don’t press any air out.
Add 60ml of rum to this mix and mix well.(Optional) Empty it into another container and cover it with a lid.
Put it in the freezer for 18-24 hours. Scoop out the chocolaty goodness and top it with your favourite toppings.
This sinfully smooth dessert is sure to leave you wanting for more.
