Did someone say Tiramisu Chia Pudding?
We all love a creamy, indulgent and traditional tiramisu! But, it's not always the healthiest option. So here we are, sharing with you the a super healthy variant of this dessert which you can enjoy guilt-free.
This low-carb version of a classic Italian dessert looks beautiful and is the perfect way to start your week off right!
Ingredients
2-3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
1 tsp Country Bean Coffee
3/4 cup water
4-5 tbsp yogurt(or mascarpone)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Cocoa Powder for dusting
Directions
Mix the chia seeds, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup together.
Mix the water and coffee powder to prepare your espresso.
Add it to the above mixture.
Stir well and store overnight.
Mix the yogurt or mascarpone with the vanilla extract and give it a good whip.
Layer the chia pudding with vanilla yoghurt or mascarpone cheese.
Dust some cocoa powder and enjoy!
