Ingredients
1 cup maida / All-purpose flour
100 gm (unsalted) butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp Country Bean Cocoa Mint Coffee
2 tbsp baking powder
3 spoons hot milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Cloth / plastic to cover
Directions
-Mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, cornflour & sugar in a dry bowl
-Add the butter and mix them together to make a dough
-Take the hot milk and mix coffee in it, pour it in your dough and knead it again until soft
-Take a cloth/plastic wrap and cover the dough with it
-Keep this in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes
-Divide the dough into long sausage shapes and chop them at 1-1.5cm each
-Roll them into a semi circular-oval shape
-Take a knife and draw a line in the center of each one of them to accomplish the coffee bean look
-Bake for 8 minutes at 180° C
-Voila, it’s ready!
